How to create a ticket

  1. Find the helpdesk here or: find_helpdesk.png
  2. Navigate to the helpdesk create_ticket1.png
  3. Create issue

    1. Select the relevant pillar
    2. Describe the problem/situation/request. Include all relevant information like the url of the dash page and/or attachments or screenshots.
    3. Submit create_ticket2.png
    4. Share with team member(s) if desired share.png
