How to create a ticket
- Find the helpdesk here or:
- Navigate to the helpdesk and select urgent (TAT sensitive) or non-urgent issue type.

Create issue
- Select the relevant pillar(s) --> this will allow the members of each pillar to access the ticket (see share)
- Describe the problem/situation/request. Include all relevant information like the url of the dash page and/or attachments or screenshots.
- Submit

Share with team member(s) if desired. The ticket will be automatically assigned to the appropriate team member(s) based on the selected pillar(s). Status updates are automatically sent out when changes are made to the ticket.
